<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 15pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT face=宋体>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;自去年实施“英语教学工程”以来，在全县范围内进行了国家教育部课题“英语形成性评价”的研究，也不断采用“请进来走出去”方法，加强了对英语教师的培训，已有100余名英语教师走出县外、走到省外接受了专业培训或进行了专业交流。而三所高中的英语教师坐在一起探讨高中英语教学，却是始无先例。 <o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 15pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT face=宋体>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;本次活动由县教育局组织，由凤冈中学承办。凤冈中学英语高级教师周忠义从英语阅读、词汇和语法三个方面论述了《如何指导学生学习英语》，重点讲述了阅读与词汇教学的方法，使所有英语教师对阅读与词汇教学的方法有了更加系统的认识；周忠义还通过我国英语教学中教材今30年的发展史，分析英语教学的改革方向，让全体英语教师深知自己在高中英语教学的征途上任重而道远。教研活动中，30余名英语教师积极发言，并对“英语形成性评价”课题做了较为深刻的探讨。参加该教研活动的县教育局副局长韦会生希望全县高中英语教师以本次活动为契机，加强合作，共同探讨英语教学，推进全县英语教学的发展，提高英语教学质量。<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[如何对低年级的学生进行写作培训(安胜芬)]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<P>英语写作对农村的低年级学生来说是一件很困难的事,很多学生可以说是无从下笔,因为他们的头脑里几乎没有可取之材,即使写了也是随便写一下.因此老师学生都很困惑.我想从以下几个方面对学生进行训练:</P>
<P>一,首先练习写简单的句子,要求学生作到语法,用词,句式准确.</P>
<P>二,要求学生背诵简短,有趣的文章,因为只有记得旧句子才能写出新文章.</P>
<P>三,定期要求学生写,并且老师要及时批改指出学生在写作中存在的不足.以督促下一步改进.</P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 20pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">　　随着课改的不断深入，我从孔老师的身上我明白了一个教研员的角色和职责，为自己重新作了她做到了成为了一个转变观念的领头人，做了我们学习的领先者，做了我们反思教学的组织者，做了知道我们发现问题、研究问题、推广经验的专家。孔老师在试验中的角色既是组织者，又是参与者；既是指导者，又是研究者。不仅为我们参与试验充分的评价理论知识储备，还提高她自己的组织能力、科研能力、号召能力、协调能力等。在我们试验中，她采取专题报告、案例教学、观摩研讨、集备交流、互动参与等培训形式组织培训教师数次，组织试验教师上示范课，就评价理念的实施对教师进行示范性教学；外出学习归来为教师及时传达学生的经验；深入学校跟踪听课，与试验教师共同开展研究，共同解决试验教师遇到的难题；经常组织试验教师经验交流会，并加以推广，带动全县的英语评价试验滚动发展。我在教育局教研员孔老师中看见了在试验中，她不仅指导了教师，同时也提升了自己，真正实现了与教师在试验过程中共研究、共实践、共发展。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
